We promise you that the GATORTUF™ titaniumized finish
is the most durable and scratch resistant surface available
in North America. It is so expensive to use that only one
other manufacturer applies it on their wood floors. We won't
tell you who that company is, but we promise you that the
product is more expensive than MELROSE™

We also promise you that MELROSE™
ships only "select or better" quality. What this
means to you is that the boards are hand selected as to the
color, quality and lengths as designated by the National Wood
Flooring Association, before they are put in the box. |
We promise you that MELROSE™ is
the most precisely milled product on the market. What
that means to you is that it will be a trouble free
installation with no glitches. It almost seems as if
the tongue and groove ends were coated with butter.
MELROSE™ has a micro bevel at the joints and
my promise to you is that the product is so precisely
milled that there is virtually no bevel at all.
The warranty on the GATORTUF™ finish is 25
years and the structure of the wood has a lifetime
guarantee. What that means to you is that the surface
of the flooring can be sanded and refinished up to
six times, so my promise to you is that 100 years
from now you'll still be thankful you installed MELROSE™
Because we ship all over North America, it would
be impossible to use our own trucks, so my promise
to you is that our transportation analysts have been
instructed to find the most competitive freight rates
available on a daily basis and the savings are passed
on to you.

If you are building a new home or doing
extensive remodeling it makes sense to purchase your
flooring well in advance to protect yourself against
price increases or shortages. My promise to you is that
once purchased, we will store your flooring in a climate
controlled building until it is required, and we will
do this at no cost to you.
Finally, We promise that once your MELROSE™
flooring is installed, you will be thrilled with the
look and quality of our product.
Late Flash: After 3 years of use and further testing
we are increasing our wear through warranty to 30
years from 25 years.
