A: Currently, it is a very expensive
product to use on flooring, more commonly used on fine furniture.
More and more manufacturers will start to use it once the
price comes down. We know of only one other manufacturer using
this technology at this time. |

for local delivery to my house. What delivery service do you
provide?
A: We ship directly to your home.

Q:
I can't find any other hardwood flooring company offering
a 30-year warranty. Why is your wood different?
A: We use the finest northern hardwoods
so the structure of the wood has a lifetime warranty, but
the 30 year warranty applies to the year thruÓ factor. We
know from usage and testing that Gatortuf is the most durable
and scratch resistant hardwood finish on the market.

I'm doing a lot of research before I buy hardwood floors and
your flooring seems to be as much as $2.00 a square foot less
expensive than a lot of other companies. My question is this:
if your product is of such a superior quality, how can you
sell it at such a low price?
A: Hardwood floor manufacturers
require a salesperson or agent who sell to a distributor,
who sell to a dealer or contractor who sells to you. Those
intermediaries all have to make a profit before you buy the
flooring. You are buying directly from the manufacturer and
that is why our prices are so competitive despite the superior
quality.
